- Enable Legacy (IDE mode) support for the SATA controller in BIOS (page 5).
- Disable Secure Boot (page 5).
- Connect the drives in different ports or SATA controllers.
- You may create a bootable USB flash drive with the firmware update tool (page 8).
- Try updating the Intel® SSD firmware in a different system.
