LED light on Intel Edison Breakout Board vs. Intel Edison Arduino Board

Does the Intel Edison Breakout Board have an addressable LED like the Arduino board does on digital output 13?

I would like to make a blink test but haven't been able to make the light blink like I can with the Arduino board.
